HOMEMADE HUMMUS

Serves 7

ingredients

1 tin chickpeas* (240g drained)
1 heaped tbsp (20g) tahini - creamed sesame seeds
1/2 cup (100g) fat-free natural yoghurt
1-2 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 or 1 tsp salt (essential!)
 

instructions

1. Put the chickpeas, tahini, yoghurt, garlic, salt and any optional extras into a food processor

2. Blend ingredients

3. If the consistency needs to be creamier add 1-2 tbsp of either the yoghurt or chickpea water

4. Serve with Crispy's Naan Crisps as a snack
